Minimum Order
There is no minimum wholesale order.
Canada Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the order subtotal before taxes.

We currently do not ship to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut due to high shipping costs. Please contact us if you require shipping to these regions.

Payment Terms
We offer two payment options:
Shopify Payment
This is our default payment method. Orders are paid immediately by card at checkout.
Pay by Invoice
This option is available for approved wholesale partners only. Current payment terms may include Net 7, Net 15, or Net 30, depending on approval.
Lead Time
Wholesale orders typically ship within 2–4 business days after we receive your order.
For co-packing orders, please allow 7–14 business days, depending on order volume and seasonal demand, especially during busy periods such as Christmas.
If there are any delays or special circumstances, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Carriers
We usually ship wholesale orders with Canpar, ICS, Purolator, or UPS.
If you have a preferred shipping carrier, please let us know. We may also be able to use another carrier upon request, though additional fees may apply.
Returns & Exchanges
We stand behind the quality of our products.
If your order arrives damaged or there is a product issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be happy to review the issue and arrange a replacement, exchange, or adjustment where appropriate.
Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, over-ordering, or change of mind.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing the order at info@ensoeats.com.
Orders cancelled after this period may be subject to a 15% restocking or processing fee, especially if production or packing has already started.
