Shipping 

We typically dispatch orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on Friday afternoon, Saturday, or Sunday will be shipped on Monday morning.

Canada

Complimentary shipping on orders over CAD $60 within Ontario and Quebec, and over CAD $75 for the rest of Canada. Orders are shipped via UPS or Canada Post.

For orders below the free shipping threshold:

CAD $10 for Ontario and Quebec
CAD $15
for the rest of Canada

Estimated delivery times:

1–2 business days within Ontario and Quebec
2–5 business days
for the rest of Canada

International

For international orders, duties, taxes, and tariffs are included in the final price paid at checkout unless otherwise noted.
No hidden fees, no surprise border charges.

United States

We’re currently unable to ship to the United States due to the impact of recent tariffs. We’re actively working on a solution and hope to reopen U.S. shipping as soon as possible.

United Kingdom

£19.95 on orders up to £59.99
£14.95 on orders from £60 to £89.99
£9.95 on orders from £90 to £134.99
Free shipping on orders over £135

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days.

For orders with a consignment value of £135 or less, UK VAT is charged at checkout where applicable.
Granola is generally charged at 0% VAT, while almond brittle is generally charged at 20% VAT.

For orders above £135, normal UK import VAT and customs rules apply.
If duties and import taxes are prepaid at checkout, no additional charges should be due on delivery.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@ensoeats.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes

We are not able to ship to P.O. boxes. If a P.O. box address is added at checkout, and the delivery is not successful, the order will not be eligible for a refund.
