INGREDIENTS & PRODUCTS
ARE ALL YOUR PRODUCTS PLANT-BASED?
Yes, we are plant-based and completely vegan. But trust me, you'll find our granola to be incredibly flavorful, thanks to our unique syrup blend and abundant nut ingredients. Vegetarian food has never tasted this good!
IS ENSO GRANOL GLUTEN FREE?
Our granola ingredients include oats, which are naturally gluten-free. However, we do not use oats that are 100% certified gluten-free in our products. This means that there is a possibility that the oats from the supplier may have come into contact with other grains containing gluten, such as barley or wheat, resulting in very small trace amounts of gluten in the final product.
For individuals with severe Celiac Disease, we suggest avoiding the consumption of our products as they may not be safe for you. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
If there is a high demand for gluten-free options in the future, we will release a version that is entirely free of gluten.
WHAT'S THE BEST WAY TO EAT ENSO GRANOLA?
Our granolas are actually so delicious that you can enjoy them straight out of the bag as a snack! For a tasty and satisfying breakfast, add them to your favorite milk or yogurt to create a delicious morning yogurt parfait. You can also incorporate them into your favorite smoothies or ice cream for an extra nutty and crunchy experience. Enjoy free shipping on all orders over CAD $29 within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), CAD $45 for the rest of Canada, and USD $45 for the USA.
WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
- Orders up to CAD $45 (Canada) or USD $45 (USA) will have a flat rate shipping fee of CAD $10 or USD $10, respectively.
- Orders over CAD $45 (Canada) and USD $45 (USA) qualify for free shipping!
WHY IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON MY ORDER?
To ensure the safe delivery of your items, all orders over $150 will require a signature upon delivery. If you have any questions about your order, please contact us at info@ensoeats.com.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We strive to pack and ship all orders within 48 hours from our warehouse. Once your shipment is labeled and ready for carrier pick-up, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update. After that, you can track your order as it makes its way to you.
MY PACKAGE WAS MARKED AS DELIVERED, BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE IT.
If your order seems to be missing, it might have been delivered to the wrong address or could be hidden near another entrance. If you still can't locate your package, please email us at info@ensoeats.com. We're here to help track it down for you!

HOW DO I START A SUBSCRIPTION?
- Visit the product page and select "Subscribe".
- Choose your preferred delivery interval: every 15, 30, 45, or 60 days.
- Click "Add to Cart".
- Proceed to checkout to finalize your subscription.
HOW DO I EDIT/CANCEL MY ORDER SUBSCRIPTION OR UPDATE MY PAYMENT INFORMATION?
- Modify Your Subscription
- Log in to your account.
- Click on "Manage Subscriptions".
- Select one of your active subscriptions.
From here, you can:
- Update your payment method for all future subscriptions from this page.
HOW DO I ADD MORE PRODUCTS TO MY SUBSCRIPTION ORDER?
Add Products to Your Subscription
You can easily add more products to your current subscription. Simply go to your active subscription and click "Add A Product". From there, you can choose to either subscribe to the new product or add it as a one-time purchase.
Can't Find Your Subscription Portal?
If you have an account with us, you can log in to your account dashboard to manage your subscription.
If you placed your subscription order as a guest without creating an account, you have two options:
- Continue as a Guest:
- Use the subscription link in your confirmation email to manage your order.
- Use the subscription link in your confirmation email to manage your order. If you can't find your previous email please visit https://ensoeats.com/a/subscriptions/login to resend your subscription portal link.
- Create an Account: If you would like to create an account, please contact us at info@ensoeats.com. We will send you a registration invitation so you can set up a password and manage your subscription orders by logging in. Please note, if you ordered as a guest and did not set up an account, you cannot use the "forgot password" feature to set up password for your email address. Please contact us to receive the registration invitation.
