Payment Terms:

We offer two payment methods, Shopify Payment and Pay by Invoice.

Shopify payment:We default to Shopify Payment, which is an instant payment via card.

Pay by Invoice: For invoice payments, we default to NET 7 terms, which means that payment is due
within 7 days of receiving the invoice.

 

Turn around time:

After receiving your order, we typically ship within 2 business days. However, if there are any special circumstances, we will notify you by email with an explanation.

 

Shipping and Handling:

We offer two shipping options, standard and express. The cost will be displayed at the time of checkout. If you prefer to use your own shipping company, please contact us before placing your order and let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Returns and Exchanges:

We stand behind the quality of our products and will accept returns or exchanges on defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to request a return or exchange authorization. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any other reason, including buyer's remorse. Cancellation Policy:
