This granola is the perfect level of sweetness and bitterness. I have tried it with frozen yogurt and also by itself and it’s great for a satisfying snack.
This is the second time I’ve tried this Granola and it is honestly my favourite! I love that it’s not too sweet and has that perfect ratio of sweet and salty! Highly recommend!
I love Enso granola be she it contains healthy nuts for my meals. The brown sugar and maple syrup is also a bonus for me because it gives the sweetest to my meals
I used my Ensō Granola in a Granola cookie recipe, and it was amazing. Even though I had added a ton of other ingredients, I could still heavily taste the ingredients in the granola, and it was delicious. The absolute perfect treat for winter, even on its own. The warmth of the hazelnuts, the richness of the Cacao Nibs, and brought together with maple syrup and organic oats. A wonderful mix and perfect for recipes and snacking.
This granola is so good you could even eat it by itself! Such a perfect snack. I honestly found that the salt made it such a perfect combination of sweet and salty and just so so tasty!
